Free Delivery
We offer free delivery for all orders in Ireland and Northern Ireland, and free delivery on any order over €150 being delivered to an address within the EU.  We offer free shipping in the rest of the EU when spending over €150.
 
Delivery costs
Delivery costs are calculated automatically at checkout. We offer free delivery for all orders in Ireland and Northern Ireland, and free delivery on any order over €150 being delivered to an address within the EU. Shipping costs to Great Britain are between €0 and €11.95 depending on the weight and size of your order. Shipping costs to the rest of the EU is between €0 and €18.95 depending on the weight and size of your order.

Why do you need my phone number and email address?
We need a valid email address and telephone number to contact you should any issues arise at point of delivery.

Where is my order?
We aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched, and it should be delivered to you within 1-4 working days in Ireland, 2-6 working in Great Britain and 3-8 working days in the rest of the EU. Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only, and commence from the date of dispatch.
 
How will I know that you have received my order?
After placing your order, you will be sent an email confirming that it has been received. In the unusual instance that any of the items you have ordered are out of stock, you will receive an email from us.
 
Can I track my order?
You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched. When shipping with UPS and Fastway Couriers we will send you a tracking number, so that you can track your parcel’s progress. With An Post, a tracking service is usually not possible.
